Description
Cell types in Cell Ontology are linked to Uberon via part-of relationships from Cell Ontology
Specimens analyzed and exposed by HPA (normal-tissue.csv) were mapped to the closest corresponding CL nodes (e.g. "adipocyte of breast"). Link between cell type (CL) and anatomy nodes (UBERON) provided by Cell Ontology.
