Description
MicroRNAs (MiRNAs) are small noncoding RNAs that act as master regulators in many biological processes. miRNAs function mainly by downregulating the expression of their gene targets (Chen et. Al, 2020). The TARGETS_MtG indicates the MiRNA targets the Gene.
Properties
prediction_score - All the predicted targets have target prediction scores between 50 - 100. These scores are assigned by the new computational target prediction algorithm. The higher the score, the more confidence we have in this prediction. Read more >>>
